These two properties located on the Glebe Estate lie in the leigh of Ballard Down, a chalk ridge extending East to the landmark Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast. Elevated above Studland Village the sites enjoy far reaching views across Poole Harbour and North Dorset. Moxey was commissioned to design, build and interior decorate these two properties, working with clients from the inception, who were enthusiastic that the interior and exterior form and finishes reflected the structural elements of the timber and steel frame.

The buildings also embody sustainable materials sourced locally so far as possible and energy efficient mechanical systems including solar and air source heating. The living rooms open onto terraces and infinity edged pools.
