Featuring in 25 Beautiful Homes in 2021, Moxey was commissioned by a private client to completely redesign and win approvals for alterations to a 4 storey Georgian Townhouse in this most prestigious conservation area, including creating a second basement level for wine cellar and utility area, extensions, redesigning a stunning bespoke staircase to run throughout the building and reconfiguring the living spaces to create a wonderful family home. The design also included a light well/inner courtyard space to carry light down into the lower floors. The clever use of design to enhance living is one of the reasons people use Moxey for these more complicated projects.
