Pine Deep was one of the original 1920s bungalows that defined that era and housed the early intrepid settlers to this sandbank. Purchased by Simon and Jacki Moxey in 2018 Moxey Architects were commissioned to explore options to retain and extend the existing bungalow to provide a family home for a growing family. Space requirements dictated the bold move to extend the property with two additional stories built on the original footprint. The design drew on the beachside location and influences of past homes.
