Royal London House. Bournemouth

Royal London House is an exciting rejuvenation project that is taking place in Bournemouth at the moment. Moxey Associates was approached to gain planning to turn this former office building into 2 floors of co-working/shared office space, 40 units of serviced accommodation (over 4 floors) and 2 floors on the top for hospitality/bar/restaurant/event space with a roof terrace providing panoramic views of the town and Bournemouth Bay. Having successfully gained the planning we are looking forward to seeing the regeneration take place.
