Working with a developer client, Moxey transformed this former Bournemouth University building, in the new tech quarter of the town centre, into an exciting mixed use complex, including co-work, health club, new apartments, restaurants and bar with views over the town and out to sea. Providing an architectural and interior architectural package, which included winning a further storey at roof level.
